We support public bodies to manage tender competitions in a smart, sustainable and compliant manner always with the aim of getting the best value for money.
Our Business Ethos
We work with contracting authorities in supporting them to prepare, publish and manage tender competitions through the entire procurement cycle to contract award . We aattributettach the highest importance to compliance, to the delivery of value for Exchequer monies and robust contract management. This is possible as all our procurement advisors are retired public servants, all having work in the procurement function. We are expert, evidenced-based and experienced. We know our stuff. We have a passion to transfer our considerable know how to personnel involved with procurement. We offer mentoring and coaching to contracting authorities.
Our Quality Promise
Based on our ISO-based policies and procedures, we offer clients the highest standards of quality control. We provide fixed fee quotes for instructions based on detailed project implementation plans. We have concluded Service Level Agreements with our largest clients as both parties get the benefit of certainty and a transparent working methodology. We have a strict conflict of interest policy in place. In the past 15 years we have never had a compliant about the standard of our professional service.
Our Commitment
All your tender competitions are important to us as a trusted advisor and partner. Once instructed, you will have access to a named procurement specialist who will work in a collaborative and flexible manner to deliver your requirements. We work as a team and can provide significant additional resources if a complex or urgent tender arises. Not one procurement we have advised on has been the subject of a legal challenge.
Recruitment
We are always interested in talking to new potential recruits: anyone with a genuine ‘passion’ as we have for procurement. Our business model suits independent advisors who may have retired from the public sector with significant procurement expertise.
